We got off lightly – and crossed the finishing line with very good figures.
Not economically, but quite literally: an unintentional incident occurred at one of our suppliers on a construction site while loading equipment. The result: a black eye, lots of laughter afterwards and the reassuring realization that safety always comes first. Fortunately, this minor visual flaw did not lead to a production stoppage.
As a company, however, we look back on an extremely successful 2025 with pride, gratitude and a healthy dose of humor. It was a year that challenged, encouraged and sometimes surprised us.
Growth – figures to be proud of
2025 was clearly characterized by development. And not just felt, but measurable:
- Customer growth of 40 percent – our network is growing faster than many construction cranes.
- Sales increase of 38 percent – solid, sustainable and without acrobatic accounting.
- Expansion of long-standing partnerships and additional growth with existing customers – trust pays off.
This growth was not just an Excel success story, but had very concrete effects: In February and March, we were able to create new jobs – including a colleague in Poland. As a result, our team has not only become larger, but also more international. Eurorent Network GmbH speaks more than one language in 2025 – both professionally and geographically.
Employee satisfaction – growth with heart
More jobs created – and a team that is visibly happy. After all, what would good figures be without good people behind them?
Our new colleague in Poland describes her start like this:
“I received a very warm and friendly welcome, which helped me to find myself in the new reality. The experience within the team makes it easier for me to achieve my tasks and goals.”
Our Deputy Managing Director also draws a positive conclusion:
“The year was characterized by successful projects and a strong focus on team leadership, customer service and organizational stability. Weekly team meetings have significantly improved internal communication and strengthened the sense of unity in the long term.
Between all the projects, meetings and to-do lists, one thing has become clear: A strong team is not a product of chance, but the result of trust, communication and sometimes a good cup of coffee at the right time.
Challenge of the year – resilience in real time
Where there are many highs, there are also lows. In the middle of the year, we received an unpleasant reminder that security is not just a digital issue: During a break-in at our headquarters, all company laptops were stolen.
The good news: thanks to the quick, professional and remarkably calm reaction of our IT department, the entire team was fully operational again on Monday morning. No chaos, no standstill – but a prime example of organizational resilience, technical expertise and genuine cohesion. Incidentally, the coffee on Monday tasted twice as good afterwards – not least because we were able to change the brand after the burglars had also taken the remaining coffee.
Regional commitment – showing responsibility
True to the motto “Do good and talk about it”, we continued our regional commitment in 2025. Our business partnership with SpVgg Greuther Fürth has been extended – a clear commitment to long-term partnerships.
We also supported the “Vorstadtstrolche” forest kindergarten with high-visibility vests. A small project with a big impact that was particularly close to our hearts. Because visibility is not only important in business, but also on forest paths.
Finally – looking ahead
One employee sums it up – anonymously, but aptly:
“We are all a great team together.”
It is with this spirit that we bid farewell to 2025 and embark on a hopefully equally successful 2026 with motivation, curiosity and clear goals.
How do you look back on 2025? What were your highlights – and what would you like to see in 2026?
We are ready. Together.
