Oskar Danecki is our fourth employee, our first colleague abroad – and has been Head of Eastern Europe since 01.12.2025. Based in Poland, he looks after and coordinates Polish customers who are active throughout Europe – and is driving forward the strategic expansion of our presence in Eastern Europe.
We have prepared the interview in German, English and Polish so that everyone can read it in their own language.
Oskar Danecki, you are the fourth employee to join the company and also the first colleague to work permanently from abroad – how did you experience this special start?
To be honest, for me it was a mixture of pride, excitement – and also a little stress. Being the fourth person to be employed by Eurorent and at the same time the first employee to represent the company abroad is a great honor. I can feel the trust of the company and feel like I am really contributing to its further development as I am breaking new ground here. It is very fulfilling to see that my work has brought me to a point where I can work in another country and at the same time represent Eurorent in a new market. At the same time, this role comes with a lot of responsibility. You have to organize a lot of things yourself and make decisions under new, unfamiliar conditions. This is challenging – but above all a great opportunity to develop further.
You work from Poland and look after Polish customers who are working all over Europe – what special features does this international coordination entail for you on a day-to-day basis?
Working with Polish customers throughout Europe involves a great deal of responsibility and, above all, requires flexibility. Every market has its own requirements. Decisions have to be made quickly and precisely at the same time. This allows me to respond very specifically to the needs of my customers and represent Eurorent professionally on an international level.
You are the central interface for Polish customers who need forklifts, telescopic forklifts and work platforms in other European countries – what is particularly important in this role?
Fast and precise communication and a good understanding of the different requirements in the respective countries are very important. A high sense of responsibility is just as important. Every decision affects the company’s image – that’s why professionalism is my top priority.
How do you ensure that communication between customers, rental partners and the internal team also works smoothly across national borders?
We ensure that everyone knows their dedicated contact person and that all information is passed on quickly and transparently. This enables us to work efficiently and offer our customers comprehensive support, even in cross-border operations.
In your opinion, what distinguishes the Polish market and the customer requirements there from other European markets?
market is very practice-oriented and geared towards quick, concrete solutions. Customers often need the right equipment exactly when it is needed and expect clear agreements and precise communication. In addition, efficiency and cost optimization play a major role – with very high expectations of service quality at the same time. This requires flexibility, short response times and personal commitment, but also offers the opportunity for long-term, trusting partnerships.
You took over the position of Head of Eastern Europe on December 1, 2025 – what does this new responsibility mean for you?
This position is a great honor for me, but also a daily challenge. I can actively shape the development of the company in the region, coordinate markets and support teams in achieving high standards. Consistent decisions, flexibility and full commitment are essential for this. Building a strong Eurorent network in Eastern Europe is particularly motivating for me.
What strategic priorities would you like to set as Head of Eastern Europe?
My focus is on high-quality services, the expansion of team skills and efficient operational processes. For me, building trust with customers and partners is the most important basis for sustainable growth.
What specific opportunities do you currently see for Eurorent Network in Eastern Europe?
I see great opportunities through close cooperation with local partners, a market-driven range of appliances and optimized processes. The aim is to build efficient teams and a stable network in order to expand our presence in the long term.
How do you experience working with the team in Germany, even though you don’t work on site?
The collaboration works very well. Clear roles, fast communication and mutual trust are crucial. In difficult situations, I can always rely on the experience of my colleagues. Together we achieve our goals and ensure a very high level of service for our customers.
What does Eurorent Network stand for in your view?
