Interview: How Jessie is shaping machine rental

Jessie, you are close to the customer and close to the team every day – how would you describe your role at Eurorent Network Machine Rental?
I see my role primarily as being a reliable support for the entire team. Whether for technical questions, training new colleagues or when advice is needed at short notice – I always try to be approachable and pass on my knowledge. My aim is to contribute to the smooth running of our projects through cooperation and mutual support.
What challenges have you overcome in your role so far and how has this helped you personally?
One of the biggest challenges was setting the right priorities for several parallel projects. Learning to structure tasks sensibly and keep an overview has helped me a lot professionally. This skill now also has a positive impact on my private life.
What motivates you to give your best every day at Eurorent Network?
I find the direct feedback from our customers particularly motivating. When projects are successfully completed and we receive positive feedback, it confirms our work. I am also driven by the subsequent planning of new projects, where we develop solutions together and think ahead.
How would you describe the corporate culture at Eurorent Network and what makes it special?
Our corporate culture is strongly solution-oriented. We always try to find the best possible and most suitable solution for every customer – even if the path to this goal is challenging. This common goal unites the team and creates a strong sense of togetherness.
Which projects are particularly close to your heart and why?
The data center projects in the Rhine-Main area are particularly close to my heart. These projects – which often require special telescopic work platforms – are technically demanding and always present new challenges. It is precisely this variety that ensures that the work remains exciting and that you continue to develop.
How do you see the future development of the company and what role do you play in this?
I see the future of Eurorent Network in a constantly growing customer base, especially in an international environment. I see my role primarily in supporting international customers as well as supporting my colleagues and contributing my expertise to actively shape this growth.
What skills do you think are crucial to be successful in today’s working world – especially at Eurorent Network?
In my view, flexibility is one of the most important skills. It is equally important to think outside the box and be open to new approaches – especially in a dynamic environment like ours.
What has helped you the most to develop in your career?
What helped me the most was learning from practical experience. By working on real projects every day, you gain knowledge that you can use and develop in the long term. For example, the first data center projects were a real technical challenge – but that’s exactly how I learned most quickly how to make the right decisions under pressure.
How do you promote team spirit and cooperation within the company?
I try to actively pass on knowledge – be it when training new colleagues or in everyday life when someone needs a quick assessment. For me, getting ahead together is not just a buzzword, it’s part of everyday life.
